Welcome to Action for Business
ABL is a community – led organisation, a development trust and a social enterprise based in the Manningham district of Bradford. It was set up in 1992 by local people as a means to create jobs, economic activity and social cohesion. ABL aims to contribute actively to the regeneration of local communities to create places where people want to live, work and play.
High Quality Office Space
The organisation owns and manages the Carlisle Business Centre, which is currently provides serviced office space to over 50 small businesses, community groups, charities, social enterprises and statutory organisations acros Bradford. The Centre has excellent facilities for business and social events and is recognised as a focus for Manningham’s social and commercial activity.
Conference & Meeting Rooms
As well as offering high quality office space, the business centre provides excellent conference and meeting room facilities. Suitable for up to 200 people, our conference room comes equipped with PA system, lighting and staging. We also offer a number of meeting rooms available in varying sizes from small meeting rooms to larger seminar rooms seating up to 50 people. All rooms are equipped with whiteboards, flipcharts and screens.
